This is a poem about human nature.

Everyday I stick my head


into the lion's mouth


How can one thrive on


such debauchery?


Such a shallow, vain,


materialistic society we are


We bring plagues, pestilence, and


infestations upon this world


Hell will rain down upon us


Soon it will be the end of everything


The cockroaches shall inherit


the earth
