Dancing On the Wings of the Wind

A Sapphic poem about dance!

 I am dancing on the wings of the soft wind

 Basking in the comfortable silent warmth

 Where butterflies pirouette, leaving a glow

          Rivers weave its sparkle

  Orange sun rays waltz with me, gliding on the breeze

  Melodious tunes whisper against the horizon

  Rhythmic emotions play through moving rainbows

           Gently descending

   Music awakens each magical curtsy

   Smiles float on fantasies with Lavendar scents

   Jazzy motions fluid as lyrical poetry

            Beat deep in the soul

     I flow as an individual with ease

     Painting a dream with my twist and turns on life

     I am dancing on the wings of the soft wind

             A language of pride

The flow is wonderful, the visuals come through easily, though they are mystical at times, they work well in this case. and I just love the blending of music and the wind. If I were to change anything, I would rethink the last line. --- Overall, both thumbs UP!
