My heart is deafened by the resound

of your voice saying goodbye,

while the world leisurely passes by.

Words are barely audible

as your footprints sing a

emotional harmonic tune.

Time without an end rushes

to my side to keep me company

as memories blow in the breeze.

 

Tears water pain that has

forever been planted in my soul.

Infinity leaves,

but winds up back where it started,

right at the core of my heart.

My eyes are envious of my mind

that remembers the love we once shared.

Time without an end settles in the quiet

of the darkness hovering over me.

 

Our love was to be eternal,

now I sat alone grievously feeling the lost,

and the air I breathe screaming out

a name that once had a face,

but I know time without an end

will follow me as long as I see

the life we had together.
