My wasted heart will always love you.

 

As you hold her between your arms each night

Mine will be calling yours and ask to make it right,

Yet ,the stars stand between us and block the sight

As I smell your perfume which make me alright.

 

As you kiss her every day on her bed and at the door

I’ll be here ,crying on my wet cold floor

I’ll be thinking about how I’ll never reach my goal

And then burn my heart like a black coal.

 

I’ll knock on your door one September night

I’ll hush you, so that she can’t hear you fight

I’ll tell you that my wasted heart will always love you

Turn my face away, cry, and never come back to your sight.

The poem was inspired by exactly the title in the movie "love actaully"
