Dagger to the HeartA Poem by Summer WindtonAnother of my original poems
Suicidal pleasure, Risks to take whatsoever. Only thing that'll help me, A dagger to the heart.
Ever since you left me, Left me cold and burning. What I've wanted ever since, A dagger to the heart.
I thought you were my prince, You and your silky white horse. But I thought wrong, so now, A dagger to the heart.
Hang your head low, I'll hold mines high. As I take this, This dagger to the heart. © 2012 Summer Windton |
