DREAMS

A little something I'd like to do with my dreams.

I dream before I go to sleep

And hope my dreams will follow me -

If I go to sleep before I dream,

The sleep runs out ahead of them -

How empty is the night without

Some dreams to have to think about -

So I place my dreams beneath my eyes

Where sleep won't take me by surprise -
