Single Again

So here I go, I'm single again

And now I got all my friends

Trying to set me with this one or that one

Sayin' that we'd have a good run

 

But now I really need some space

To talk to Him just face to face

Maybe He's got a bigger plan than

Its in my power to imagine

 

I've always dated the wrong kind of guy

So I guess its no surprise that

I'm here again without one

And I'll be walkin' solo til this year is gone

This poem went straight to the point and in a hurry. I like this piece because even though you romance the language a little bit it came across like a conversation with you and someone else. Brilliant. This has been really fun and entertaining. This is like the 5th poem I read of yours tonight and each of them is different but you took me on a ride in each of them. Congrats. being single is not a bad thing once in a while.
I broke up with my last girlfriend 6 months ago
and there was pain in my heart for a while. I'm
fine now and enjoying life again
