About a dragon I dreamed of once. I have used this as a screen name.

 

Pwyrdan, Dream Dragon

Flies under the stars

Entering dream worlds

Through doors daylight bars.

 

Pwyrdan, Dream Dragon

Flies under the moon

Above all the sleepers

Granting the night’s boon;

 

With Tirdan and Moddan

Companions in flight -

Scatter darkness in nightmares

And in other dreams, light.

 

Silver are your scales

But blood-red your eyes

Your shimmering wings

Beat in darkening skies.

 

Bring me dreams peaceful

Of wonderment deep

Leave my dark fears behind

Tonight I just wish to sleep.

In the language I began creating at age 13, Pwyrdan means "Dream Dragon", Tirdan - "Light Dragon", Moddan - "Dark Dragon"
