History of Heroes

A Poem by sushi

He stands at the border
brave during the rain and snow
guards the Nation; his home.
Heroes are for real,
but comes to light,
when he turns no-more.
For it's no fairy tale
it's reality
where selfishness come in front-page
and heroes in the obituary.

This is a bit too casual
"For it's no fairy [tale]"
This was a bit disjointed, despite its short length. You might want to polish it a bit.
A noble sentiment, however.
