CyclesA Poem by suuyuwriteyunu22.7.2025!Cycles The salted caramel air, sickly sweet on the tongue Lift the rocks that you bear as you inhale them into your lungs. There’s watermelon, too, painted chemically red. You wouldn’t know what to do; without it, you aren’t fed. The hunger in you grows for this candied sucker, And you start to doze off in the sickening wine. And sometimes you wonder what normalcy feels like, But it isn’t long until you pick up the small case, And feel the horribly light sugariness on your tongue As you lose yourself from reality. © 2025 suuyuwriteyunuAuthor's Note
