Surrounded by such pretty things,
Surrounded by gold and silver,
Locked inside a gilded cage,
Sits Marie Antoinette forever,

She cries in the dark by herself,
Stifling her noise when someone nears,
She smiles for no one,
And laughs for less,

Mad Hatter sits locked in a dirty house,
Suffocated by a malicious force,
Her every shade of glory stripped away,
She has a link to lovely Marie of course,

She laughs in the dark when by herself,
And only gets louder when some one nears,
She gives to no one,
And takes even less,

Marie and Hatter,
Locked forever,
Each in a seperate Hell of their own,
So very different,
So very the same,
Each a desolate player,
In their own sick, depraved game.
