Taken Away

In honor of my grandparents and other loved ones that have been taken away by death so unfairly.

Where once there was a face to gaze upon, there is no more
Eyes that were full of life, now taken away, never to be looked into again
Arms that once wrapped around in a hug now nowhere to be found
A smile that brightened the darkest hour, well that would help right now
It's all out of reach now
It's all been taken away.
Death has robbed me of having you.
