Lost Faith

 there was a time when I would have crawled to the end of the earth for him

there was a time when I would have done anything he asked

That time has passed

That time has jaded me

I believe not that he loved me 

I believe he used and tricked me

 

Had he known what he ahd would I be there now?

Or would it have turned out the same

 

He was once worth my tears

but I haeve no more to shed

he was once worth waiting for 

but he left me standing as his ventures led him down an empty road

I was there without a complaint only to be left without acknowledgement

To the on I once trusted, I've lost all faith
