Sunken eyes, 

swollen smile,

She couldn't love.

Nice. I have always loved short poems. I am new to writers cafe too. I joined a couple days ago. This is relate-able. I really like the simplicity too. Those who have gone through similar things can enjoy this I think. The idea of wearing a mask to act like you are ok. Feeling the need to distance yourself for just a while longer. Different words for the same idea. Thanks for writing this.
