The relaunch of the video series as Discovering Aeternum is a direct response to feedback from the New World community. Amazon Games acknowledged the value of player input, leading to significant adjustments and expansions from the original Touring Aeternum series. The aim of this revamped series is to help new players “hit the ground running” when the Aeternum update arrives in October. By offering a structured and phased approach, the series promises to cover everything from the basics of the game world to  New World Gold advanced survival strategies.

The Structure of ‘Discovering Aeternum’
The Discovering Aeternum series is divided into three distinct phases: Arrive, Survive, and Thrive. Each phase is meticulously crafted to guide players through their journey in Aeternum, providing essential knowledge and strategies at every step.

1. Arrive: Laying the Foundation
The first phase, Arrive, is all about grounding new players in the strange and mysterious world of Aeternum. The first two episodes, titled Arrive and Azoth, have already been released on the game’s YouTube channel. These episodes are re-releases from the original Touring Aeternum series but with enhancements that reflect the updated content and mechanics in New World: Aeternum.

In the Arrive episode, players are introduced to the world of Aeternum�"a land shrouded in mystery, rich in resources, and teeming with dangers. The episode provides a comprehensive overview of the game’s setting, including its diverse environments, settlements, and the various factions that players will encounter.
