Winter Days

In March

This weather brisk day

The snow still falling

Far, far away,

Here we have freezing temps 

And I'm enjoying it so

Wish the winter would never go,

We don't see the seasons change

The temps are straight to winter to summer

No spring in the step

From summer to winter

No autumn colors to enjoy just yet,

What I would give to see the seasons change

Not even a person filled with magic could arrange.

I most certainly could relate to your poem. So often spring just seems to disappear and we are left wondering where it went. I love the line no spring in the step- that's very clever.
