Meant To Be

You came into my life

And I'm not sure what you want

Is it to cause nothing but strife,

I met a man that would treat me better than you

And I don't think I'm willing to throw that away

Due to the things you do,

We had our good times

We had our bad

And I don't think I can handle you

Back in my life,

This man loves me

And wants nothing but the best for me

How can I turn away

What is meant to be.

Very nice! This nicely shows how some women feel when they have to leave, but they have to because they deserve better, and they have gotten better. Of course the guilt is there, but we have to do what's best for us.
