Black Swan

Black Swan

A Poem by terry smith

slavishly stylish
distressed dress
nappy haired
beautiful mess
an acrobatic deity
unhinged
her jaw
and spewed
nocturnal butterflies
that filled
the night sky
blocking out the moon
