Beginning To Persist.

how can i ever be okay

maybe the path has been set 

maybe one day

maybe i can forget

all the pain

that has a hold on me

everything making me insane

drowning me at sea

how can it ever be fine

when there are scars on my wrists

and lies become lines

with it all beginning to persist.
