Our Melody

lately i've been trying to write a symphony

hoping to find the perfect melody

but it was just never on the right key

then you started singing the harmony

and that's where I began to find me

i've been searching behind closed doors

always hoping to find something more

but i never had to spread my wings before

couldn't see the secret was hidden in my core

I had long been fighting a battle inside my own war

lately i've been trying to write a symphony

hoping to find the perfect melody
