Little Girl

Little Girl

A Poem by Sunflower

Little girl mittens,
And a million Hersey Kisses,
So innocent, so young,
So wise but now so dumb.

She grew up through fear,
Mommy yells, it brings her to tears,
Daddy chews, and spits it in empty bottles,
She learned how to steady herself not wobble.

She got a little sister, she didn't want,
No one asked her, no one cared enough,
She learned then how much she mattered,
Thats why her heart is so shattered.
