Nancy: Hi Jackie (Covers her chili) Tay is upstairs trying on her dress, I think Adam is up there to

Jackie: Thanks (Heads up to Tay’s Room) Hey love (Kisses Tay’s Cheek) Adam

Tay: So (Twirls around in a black strapless dress) I went a bit over budget, but I like it

Jackie: (Lays on the bed) all the guys will be going crazy, Adam, did you get a date yet?

Adam: (Stares at the floor) I should go, Tay, you look beautiful (Walks to the door) See you guys at school (Shuts the door and goes home)

Jackie: What was that all about?

Tay: (looking in the mirror) Haden asked me to the dance, and since I figured it was the only way I was going I accepted, and then just before you showed up, Adam asked me to be his date, and I had to break his heart

Jackie: Ouch, Tay, Maybe you should just tell him

Tay: That I like him? Doubt he would care (Takes off the dress and puts on sweats and a tee shirt)

Jackie: right, Anyway, Kyle asked me to the dance, and I said I would go as long as he got his dads car (digs in her purse and pulls out a book) I bought you something (Hands her the book)

Tay: (Takes the book) you bought me Breaking dawn?

Jackie: Yep, I know you wanted it, and I figured you would love me if I bought it for you, also, you can borrow that silver necklace from me

Tay: Jackie, You know I love you, Your like a sister to me, and I also thank you so much for the book, your so my best friend

Jackie: (Shrugs) I know your coming to my house to get ready right?

Tay: Of course, I cannot believe the dance is tomorrow night already, do you think Adam will come? (Lays down beside Jackie)

Jackie: I think he will, He likes you Tay, I can see it in his eyes

Tay: (Sighs) what to do, do I break the date with Haden and tell Adam? Or do I go with Haden, and Let Adam find another girl to take

Jackie: My opinion? Take Adam

Tay: Hold on (Calls Haden) Hey Haden

Haden: Yo, what can I do for you?

Tay: Can you find another girl to take to the dance? (Looks at Jackie)

Haden: Sure thing, I was just going to call you, I forgot I promised I would take jenny

Tay: Oh sure thing, I am sure jenny would love to go with you

Haden: So maybe another night?

Tay: we shall see, night Haden

(Both hang up)

Jackie: So?

Tay: Haden is going to take Jenny, which leaves me to go with Adam

Jackie: Hmm, yay, I got to go, my night to cook supper, Later gator

Tay: Give my love to Megan

Jackie: Will do (Goes home)

Tay: Well (Calls Adam) Hey

Adam: Oh Tay, Hi, what’s up?

Tay: I just called Haden… and he decided he wanted to take someone else, so I am free (Crosses her fingers)

Adam: Oh… Tay… I sort of already asked my sisters friend Haley to go with me… I could cancel if you want

Tay: No, No, you two have fun

Adam: you’re still going to come right?

Tay: Well of course, I do have my dress, and you can still dance with me right?

Adam: Of course! I really am sorry Tay, hey my mom is yelling at me to do dishes, see you tomorrow night?

Tay: Wait no school?

Adam: No… the school is closed in order to get ready for the dance

Tay: Cool! Want to hang out before we go?

Adam: Sure thing, Night Tay… I… never mind

Tay: Ok… see you tomorrow

(Both hang up, the next day at breakfast)

Nancy: (Puts a plate of breakfast in front of Tay) Morning Honey, Sleep well?

Tay: Not really (Pours a glass of orange juice) I broke off the dance thing with Haden to go with Adam, who apparently invited His sister’s friend Haley to go with him

George: Poor Dear, if you want, I can scare him into going with you?

Tay: No thanks Dad, I am still going, I got my dress and my ticket, and I can still have fun with Jackie and the gang

Nancy: That’s true

(Jackie comes in)

Jackie: Morning all, Still looking handsome George

Nancy: Jackie stop hitting on my husband (Chuckles)

George: Nice to see you Jackie, breakfast?

Nancy: Yes there is still some left if you would like

Jackie: If you don’t mind (Takes the plate from Nancy) so, what are we doing today? Mind you, I only have an hour; my mom has enrolled us in some class

Tay: Hmm. We could sit and listen to my new Owl city cd? Plus I also told Adam we could hang out today

Jackie: Ok sounds good (Tay and Jackie head to her room and put the cd in) Where’s Denis?

Tay: He stayed at Brett’s house last night

Jackie: I see, Tay, do you think Kyle would ever date me?

Tay: I would date you, you know if I was a guy

Jackie: Thanks… So any ideas for Valentines Day? It is only 4 days away

Tay: Not yet, you?

Jackie: Not yet, but I mean, Kyle already asked me to be his valentine, I got to go (Kisses Tay’s cheek) Later love, See you in a couple hours

Tay: Of course, have fun at the Class, what kind of class was it?

Jackie: Mother, daughter dance class (shudders)

Tay: Omg, Poor you (Laughs and Hugs her)

(Jackie leaves and Adam shows up)

Tay: (Comes running downstairs in a yellow summer dress) Adam (Hugs him)

Adam: Wow, you look lovely, so… there is a Fair in town… care to go?

Tay: Of course, I love fairs

Adam: Then let’s go

(Tay and Adam head to the Fair, Adam pays for the tickets)

Tay: Yay, time for a couple hours fun, then we have to get ready

Adam: Yes madam, so where to first?

Tay: Why don’t you see of you can win me something (Chuckles)

Adam: You’re on (Grins)

(4 hours later)

Adam: Ok I give up

Tay: Hey, at least you won me that big bear; it is all I need, so time for some rides?

Adam: We have time for a couple if you want

Tay: it is what I want, also I want spud nuts

Adam: Well your defently nuts

Tay: (Punches his arm) some days I wonder why I hang out with you

Adam: (rubs his arm) I’m sorry Tay, let’s go

(2 hours later, Tay leaves the fair and goes to Jackie’s)

Tay: (Runs into Jackie’s room) I am here

Jackie: And I got us some pre- dance snacks (Bites into a chip)

Tay: Should I do my hair up or down?

Jackie: Down I think, Tay, Can I ask you something?

Tay: Sure? (Starts curling her hair)

Jackie: Do you think Kyle likes me? I mean likes me, likes me?

Tay: Well duh, he goes goo goo eyes every time he sees you

Jackie: Hmm, so my mom helped me pick the dress (Pulls out a strapless dress), I liked the color purple, and my mom liked the length

Tay: I love it, you know Katie Stevens? (Puts in her earrings)

Jackie: That girl you beat up in 4^th grade? What about her?

Tay: Apparently, she is having a baby with William

Jackie: OMG not little Willy?

Tay: yep (Laughs, puts on the necklace and the dress) So, Adam won me this huge bear

Jackie: OOOO, you two went to the fair?

Tay: Mhmm (Puts on her make up and shoes) well? (Twirls around in her outfit)

Jackie: Omg, you look like a princess, in black that is (Giggles)

Tay: so does that make me evil? (Grins)

Jackie: You? Your never Evil, just insane

Tay: and you my Friend are huge Lire. Kyle should be here soon

Jackie: I’m glad your still coming… it wound not be the same without you

Tay: ya I’m glad to (Doorbell rings) I’ll get it (Runs to the door, opens and finds Kyle there)

Tay Kyle (Kisses his cheek) you are looking pretty good tonight, but not as good as me and Jackie

Kyle: Was that an Insult? My mom was with me when I bought this tux, she said I looked handsome

Tay: Awe, you do looks handsome (Smiles) Thanks… for inviting me along, I appreciate it

Kyle: Anytime. And (Takes out a corsage) I bought an extra one, I didn’t want you to feel left out

Tay: Awe Kyle, you shouldn’t have, you are the absolute best

Kyle: Here (Tries to put the corsage on her wrist, Patches grabs the end of it and runs away) HEY. Get back here with that (Chases the cat and trips over the couch) S**T

Jackie: (Comes running down stairs) what is with…OMG (Starts laughing at Kyle who is lying on the ground) what happened here

Kyle: your stupid cat stole Tay’s Corsage

Jackie: (Calls patches over) you naughty Cat, give that here (Grabs it from her)

Tay: it was quite funny, you should have seen it

Jackie: I bet. So we ready to go or what?

Kyle: Yep, and I get to escort 2 pretty ladies tonight

Jackie: Ya, it’s your lucky night (Giggles)

Tay: Let’s go ok? Before the cat comes back for more

Kyle: Good idea, I would rather not fall on my a*s again

(At the school)

Kyle: (Helps the Girls out of the car) There we go, watch your step; I don’t think I could carry you if you break your ankle

Jackie: You calling us Fat? (Grins)

Kyle: No… s**t

Tay: It’s Alright Kyle, we know what you mean

Kyle: You do?

Tay: Mhmm, you’re too much like a girl to pick us up, we might hurt you (Walks into the school)

Jackie: So, shall we go? Or are we going to stay out here all night?

Kyle: We could stay out here (holds her hand) But I would rather be inside, if you don’t mind

(Inside the Gym)

Tay: Jessie (Goes up the table) one punch please

Jessie: You came alone?

Tay: Uh yes, is that a problem?

Jessie: No (Hands her the punch) Adam came alone to

Tay: S**t, Where is he?

Jessie: I think sitting in the tree

(Tay goes outside)

Tay: Adam (Looks up in the tree and see’s Adam) what are you doing?

Adam: Thinking, do you know, this is the tree where we first met, you were sitting in it, and I thought you looked like a goddess

Tay: a goddess?

Adam: Ya, someone beautiful, and strong

Tay: I don’t know about beautiful. But I could whip your butt, now please be careful and come down here

Kyle: (Comes running out) Tay (Trips over his feet and lands on the ground) Dam it!

Adam: Ok I will come down (Slips on the branch and falls on his butt) F**K!

Jackie: (Comes walking out) Kyle… why the hall are you and Adam sitting on the dirty ground?

Kyle: Tay pushed me down, then she grabbed Adam by the ankle and he fell

Tay: And I think that fall of Kyle’s messed up what little brain he had to begin with (Helps Adam up)

Jackie: Honestly, I think I am in love with a Dork and a Klutz

Kyle: You love me?

Jackie: Nope, I love cheese

Kyle: Oh… well I love you

Jackie: (Sighs) Well… I love you to I guess

Tay: Well, I think it is time we get inside, or… we can have our own party out side

Jackie: I think that would be better… less crowded

Kyle: And no chance of anyone stealing me away from my date

Jackie: Adam… (Looks at Tay)

Adam: Oh… Uhh. Tay, do you want to be my date? Haley decided she wanted to go with someone else

Tay: Absolutely, and Kyle, your lucky Jackie even wants you

Kyle: Why do you have to be so mean (Pouts)

Jackie: Tay. I wonder, do you think Kyle was a girl in another life? I mean he acts like one and everything

Kyle: Girl Huh, would a girl do this (Grabs Tay and kisses her)

Jackie: No, but you might want to try kissing me

Kyle: No your way to mean

Adam: Hands off Kyle

Kyle: Hmm no thanks (Grins)

(Adam and Kyle start play fighting)

Tay: Honestly, were both in love with idiots

Jackie: I’ll say, BOYS! Knock it off or we will go find some other cute boys to dance with

Kyle: Sorry Baby

Jackie: That’s better, but call me baby again and I will knock you on your a*s, for the third time tonight

Kyle: Ok sorry… cupcake

Jackie: I like that; it makes me sound sweet and yummy

Kyle: You are Yummy, on the eyes

Tay: (Rolls her eyes) let’s dance, before I barf from all this romance

Adam: (Takes Tay by the hand) Sure thing, let’s dance by the tree

(An hour later)

Jackie: Ok Kyle, your killing my feet

Kyle: Sorry Hun

Jackie: It’s fine, Wait where are Tay and Adam

Kyle: Up in the tree (See’s a dog) Omg I have to catch him (Runs after it)

Jackie: KYLE YOU IDIOT WATCH OUT FOR THE (Kyle runs head first into the tree) tree… You idiot

Kyle: Ouch my god forsaken head

Jackie: That’s why we don’t run with our heads down you dork

Tay: (Looks down at Kyle) you ok down there?

Kyle: No. my head hurts

Jackie: Come here (Kisses his head) does that help?

Kyle: Yep, I feel all fine now

Jackie: Tay. What are you and Adam doing up there?

Adam: We are sitting on a branch looking at the moon

Kyle: Hey Tay (Grins) I see London, I see France, I see Tay Tay’s underpants

Tay: (laughing) pervert (Fixes her dress) Jackie would you mind smacking him for me?

Jackie: not at all (Smacks his head) you’re supposed to be with me, not looking at my best friend’s underwear

Adam: YA the only one allowed to see her underwear is me

Tay: What? (Stares at Adam) did you just say?

Adam: (Blushes) sorry, Tay I like you a lot… no wait… I love you

Tay: You do?

Jackie: Tay… Tell him before you regret it

Adam: Tell me what?

Tay: Ummm…I… Uhh… Love your tux, very nice

Jackie: Tay, are you sure you don’t want to tell him?

Tay: Yep, hey Jackie, how is bone head down there?

Jackie: (Giggling) he is busy getting us drinks, so are you to going to come down soon or what?

Tay: (laughing) this is our tree, it is the tree where we first become friends

Jackie: Oooo… Well can you please come down for a bit?

Tay: Ok, Adam, this time don’t fall from the tree ok?

Adam: I shall try my best

(Tay and Adam crawl down the tree and run to Jackie)

Tay: Do I have anything in my hair?

Jackie: Only a whole tree come here (Starts taking twigs and leaves out of Tay’s hair) So Tarzan and his Jane, shall we head back in?

Tay: No, I have a better idea, let’s go to the lake house, we have a DVD player there with plenty of DVD’s, and we can always have a bonfire or something

Jackie: I think that sounds like fun, out very own party, I will go get Kyle

Kyle: (Comes running out) Save me (Hides behind Jackie)

Jackie: Who did you piss off this time?

Kyle: It wasn’t my fault, I was talking to Megan, when Joey came over, and he thought I was flirting with her, and he chased me out here

Jackie: (Sighs) idiot let’s go, we are going to Tay’s lake house

(At the lake house)

Jackie: So what’s the DVD of the night?

Tay: Well, we got Alice in wonderland, or Twilight, or remember me?

Jackie: Alice in wonderland, I happen to love me some of that mad hatter

Tay: I have an idea (Grabs Kyle and brings her into her room)

Kyle: I am not going to sleep with you, no matter how much you beg me

Tay: Only in your dreams Kyle, Here (Hands him her mad hatter’s hat) it should fit

Kyle: (Grins and runs back to Jackie) I present you with (Put’s the hat on) your very own mad hatter

Jackie: Omg, Kyle you look… Hot

Tay: I bought the hat a couple of years ago, and I decided he could use it for the night to be your own mad hatter

Adam: And me?

Tay: You… you get to be the hare

Adam: ooo, the rabbit who throws things

Tay: Don’t be getting any ideas

Jackie: And I get to be Alice, that girl is amazing

Tay: to that I say OFF WITH HER HEAD! (Everyone starts laughing)

Kyle: Please, spare my queen, I will do anything

Tay: Ok, go make us popcorn, Adam, can you grab blankets? And Jackie can you mix us up some smoothies

Kyle: Jackie’s smoothies are the best!

Tay: They are, I will get the front room set up

(A couple of minutes later)

Jackie: Smoothies are done (Puts the drinks on the coffee table)

Kyle: So is the popcorn (Gives a bowl to Tay) I made 2 bowls you can share with Adam

Adam: And I got 2 blankets

Kyle: And Tay, you got the movie going right?

Tay: Mhmm, oh, by the way, you can borrow some clothes, if you don’t want to sit on your tuxes, And Jackie you can borrow some of mine if you want

(2o Minutes later)

Kyle: Ok that guy seems gay to me

Jackie: Well I bet you seem gay to some people to

Kyle: Like who?

Tay: Like me (Grins)

Adam: Well I thought you were gay when I met you (Chuckles) till I realized you hug all guys and girls

Jackie: Oh ya, he will hug anything (Hands Kyle a cushion)

Tay: Mhmm, I remember the first time I met him; He gave me a huge hug, and then told me I looked like s**t

Jackie: (Laughing) ya you did that one day, major bad hair day

Tay: Let’s just watch the movie

(Next morning)

Tay: (Wakes up cuddled next to Adam) Good morning

Jackie: KYLE your heavy get off me (Shoves Kyle off her)

Kyle: But you’re so warm and comfy (Cuddles against her again) so comfy… (Falls asleep again)

Jackie: (sighs) oh well (Shoves Kyle to the floor), Tay, why didn’t you tell him?

Tay: Because, I am still with Cody remember?

Jackie: Oh ya, so why not just tell him it is over?

Tay: I still sort of like Cody (Looks at Adam) But I am starting to fall for Adam

Jackie: Cody cheated on you didn’t he?

Tay: Ya… but as usual I forgave him… Jackie. Am I an idiot?

Jackie: No… you’re just… Confused (Hugs Tay) it will all work out

(Monday morning at School)

Cody: Tay, I have been looking for you (Kisses her cheek)

Tay: What for?

Cody: Do you want to eat lunch with me?

Tay: I will think about it (Walks into home room) Adam, I have to talk to you

Adam: Sure thing? When? Now?

Tay: No, at the tree at Lunch

Adam: ok

Lindsey: Good morning Taylor, How are we today?

Tay: Like you care Lindsey you s**t

Lindsey: Your just jealous Adam likes me

Tay: (Looks at Adam) no I’m not (Sits in her east and turns on her IPod)

(At lunch)

Tay: (Walks into the room and See’s Cody with Lindsey) you really don’t take long do you Lindsey

Cody: Excuse me, Oh hey Tay, join us?

Tay: No, and also I want to say just 3 words we. Are. Through, enjoy your lunch (Walks outside to the Tree, Sits on the middle branch, Adam comes out and see’s her crying)

Adam: Hey, mind if I come up there?

Tay: Sure, Why not (Makes space for him)

Adam: I brought you something (Hands her a cupcake with a cinnamon heart on it) There you favorite treats, so I combined them.

Tay: Why are you so nice to me and what did Lindsey mean?

Adam: (Sighs) me and Lindsey used to Date, she thinks I still like her, and little does she know I love someone else now, and also you’re my best friend, and I would do anything for you

Tay: (Leans her head on his shoulder) since when is life so complicated?

Adam: I think it happens in high school (Chuckles) Cody was crying in the Boy’s washroom, what did you do?

Tay: Told him we were over

Adam: So you’re free?

Tay: Yep, Adam, I don’t know how to say this, or even if you feel the same way, but here goes, I love you

Adam: I am Glad, because I love you to, I bought you something the other day (Hands her a silver bracelet) when I saw it I thought of you

Tay: I remember the day, when you showed up at my house to scared to talk to me, but you left 3 roses on my doorstep with a note that said for the one who took my breath away: Adam I think that was the day I fell in love with you

Adam: Ya, then you threw mud in my face

Tay: You made me fall off the swing

(Half an Hour later)

Adam: Tay, (Playing with her hair) Would you ever consider… going out with me

Tay: Are you kidding?

Adam: Nope

Tay: Of course I would, I wouldn’t have it any other way

Adam: Good (kisses her) I am glad you said yes

Jackie: (Comes out of the school with Kyle behind her) Tay I need to talk to you

Adam: I will see you in art class (Kisses her cheek and leaves)

Tay: What do you need? (Climbs down the tree)

Jackie: Kyle

Tay: Kyle?

Kyle: Ya me, Wait I mean, I was going to the bathroom, when I heard someone crying, so I went in and Cody was sitting on the floor crying

Tay: (Giggles) well I guess he wasn’t so tough after all

Jackie: Does this mean…

Tay: Ya, I broke up with him, and told Adam I loved him, and now we are together

Jackie: I guess it all worked out huh

Tay: Yep I guess so

Kyle: I’m hungry

Jackie: We just ate Kyle. You can wait till you get home

Kyle: Fine (pouts)

Tay: Here (Hands him her cupcake) Kyle made it for me since he knows I love my cupcakes and cinnamon hearts

Kyle: ooo (Gobbles it up) I didn’t know Adam bakes, does that make him gay

Tay: Kyle, that was rude (Walks into her class)

Jackie: Kyle, Why did you have to upset her, she loves him, and just because Adam bakes does mean he is Gay, it just means he likes to Bake

Kyle: Ok sorry, I really am

(Later on At Tay’s)

Nancy: Tay, Phone call (Hands the phone to Tay)

Tay: (Puts her book away) Hello?

Cody: TAY, please don’t say it is over

Tay: (Sighs) Cody, What is my favorite color?

Cody: I don’t know, green?

Tay: no it is blue, what are my favorite treats?

Cody: Uhh gummy bears and worms?

Tay: No, Cupcakes and cinnamon hearts, you see, this is why I dumped you

Cody: Because I don’t know a few things about you?

Tay: Cody, You know nothing about me, and you never did ask

Cody: But I did know that you liked Daffodils

Tay: I am allergic to Daffodils; don’t you remember I had to go to the hospital?

Cody: OH right… so what are your favorite flowers?

(Doorbell rings)

Tay: hold on (Open the door and see 4 white roses with a note Tay: hoping these roses will keep you company while I can not be with you Love: Adam)

Cody: Tay? You there?

Tay: Ya I am, and roses are my favorite, but the only ones who really knew where Adam and Jackie, and now Kyle, Goodbye Cody (Hangs up on him) MOM. If anyone but Jackie, Kyle or Adam calls tell them I am studying

Nancy: Tay, you know you shouldn’t lie to people

Tay: I’m not lying, I am going to study, but I also only Jackie, Adam, and Kyle can bug me ok?

Nancy: Here (Hands her the Phone) Me and your dad are going out with the neighbors tonight

Tay: alright then

Nancy: We left you money on the counter, so you can decide what you want for supper

Tay: Thanks have a good time

Nancy: Just remember to Study ok?

Tay: will do, maybe I will Go out for supper when I am done studying

Nancy: sure thing, bye love you (Kisses her cheek, Nancy and George leaves)

(Phone rings)

Tay: Hello?

Jackie: Hey You, What are you doing tonight?
