During our current government shutdown,

While Trump refuses to work out a deal

With Democrats to keep it running--

And this is NOT made up; it's real--

He has given Argentina

Twenty billion dollars! That's right.

Twenty billion! He does that while

Ignoring American people's plight.

Hey, farmers!

While you suffer because of Trump,

For you're unable to sell your crops,

China is buying Argentina's

Soybeans! What a punch in the chops!

Hey, Republicans!

While you grovel before King Trump,

We are all connecting the dots

As some of your members share atrocious

Racist, pro-Nazi, anti-gay thoughts.

And what does J.D. Vance have to say

About their behavior? To him it's just noise.

Instead of criticizing them,

He basically says that boys will be boys!

Hey, world!

You'd better be careful if you go boating.

Now, depending on where you're from,

In international waters, Trump

May blow your boat to kingdom come.

Yes Bob. A wild world. 20 billion to a country that went bankrupt 23 times in past five years. I am old school. I was a poor kid in the sixties and seventies. My school breakfast and lunch were my daily meals. We don't want leaders who don't want to ensure all children have food. We must ensure old and young people can receive medical care. Powerful and worthwhile thoughts shared my friend.
