FIRST KISS

you never forget. no matter with who or when

It was unexpected...

It happened under a tree in front of the schoolyard

It was one-sided ( mostly on her part)

It felt strange and wonderful at the same time

When she was done, she looked me in the eye and smiled. I dropped my head down, embarrassed. I was so innocent then

Walking home the sensation of it hit me all at once. It was a euphoric feeling I felt throughout my entire body. Just the mere thought of it, I couldn't stop smiling

My kissing technique has improved, but all these years later, I never again felt the emotions of that day so long ago...

It is funny but it seems that first kiss has one person unaware and the other trending on new ground. What a perfect memory.
