"L - Mine Lonely Heart"

"L - Mine Lonely Heart"

A Poem by Shannon Miller

Sweet friend, I'll ne'er forget,
So kind and comforting,
Although, to my regret,
Ignorance was your king.
Naught but dear is your soul
To this, mine lonely heart.
You saw me but as whole,
And ne'er a spare part.
Jovial was your light;
Unto me you did bequeath
Laughter and fine delight;
But this I hid beneath.
For who is so perfect
Should view of my defect?

The title captured everything at all. The prose just rosed the beauty of your thoughts.
