Lost
Casted aside
Drifting in shame
And dreams of pain.


Wanting
What can never be
Except for
Memories.


Where....


A

Tender hug
Answers life's
Woes.


True
Friends are loving
And supportive.


Life
Has value
And meaning.


Honesty
Is a cherished
Virtue.


Yet
Yearning
For those things
Lost.
