Another One?
A Poem by therisa
Mental health
Sigh. How Do I express These emotions That flow inside Of me? Like a tsunami Of tears And sorrow. Threatening To swamp the levees So painfully restored After the last one Almost seven years ago. Where All landmarks Of my soulscape were Obliterated. Burying Those memories Too painful to remember In a communal grave site Inland. Grieving those memories Carried out to sea By the rogue wave. Rebuilding My mental structures One painful brick At a time. As I replaced Those structures Deemed too rigid For survival. Hopefully Stronger than before Should the need arise Once more.

I think that this is a very good poem, you are written a visual record involving, dsaster, tragedy, and pain yet a strong vocation to rebuild, I am sorry about the feelings behind this achievement though, take care
