Houston, We Have A Malfunction.A Poem by therisaDarn hot flashes.Sigh. Thoughts In a jumbo Like the church's bazaar. Littering my mind With jagged fragments Of half formed ideas. Rubbing against Impressions from the past Refusing to lie down Silently. Hmm. Maybe That explains Why I am smelling Smoke. And The sudden hot flashes Roasting my body With its heat. Least My silly body Isn't dripping Like a melting icicle On a warm spring day. Guess I should take My small mercies Wherever I can. © 2013 therisaReviews
