Can feel the vibrations

Throughout my soul.

Which

Your words speak of
As I am travel down
A similar road.

In facing
My own deamons
From a violent past.

Where food has
Replaced the need
For alcohol.

In eating

Myself
Sick.

As I sleepwalked
Through life
Cowering in fear
Like a small child
Once more.

So
Please vent.

By releasing

Those toxic emotions.

In the safest

And healing way
Dear Frieda.

In knowing

Healing is

Just one more word

Away.
