Chaos isn't Cute
A Poem by

You were worried about the storm, so you invited it in, wanting to control the damage through your kindness and friendship. But you can't. The storm doesn't have a conscience. It will never be a cute pet on your leash.

So many Storms in the Great Literature of the past. I think particularly of the Storm at Sea in Dickens' 'David Copperfield'. Really Excellent ✨️✨️✨️✨️✨️

Thank you so much. Love Dickens.
Lots of truth in these words, my friend. The best course of action when you find yourself in a storm is to take cover.

So very true.
Such an apt description of the way co-dependency works and its final results. Excellent again.

Thank you, my friend.
Hard to tame the storm; we have to navigate it to the best we can.
Storms are for a reason; we got to see through them the outcome.
Wow!

Thank you. So true.
Like the vibe on this one.....reminding us of the wild, untameable mother nature....which can equally be applied to us humans!
Yeah watch out for those storms, as they usually leave some kinda wreckage behind...:)

Thank you. So very true, my friend.
No, the storm will never be a pet or a tool we can direct at just one problem ... chaos should never be the first choice. ~Jim
