Falling through Gray

Down I go

into gray and brown.

I hit the sides

like a cradle rocked too fast.

Abrupt catastrophe.

I didn’t see this one coming,

but I felt it�"

a slight rumble of an earthquake,

or the false dawn

before real light yawns

and opens the sickly day.

Just another ending.

Dappled. Down.

I am assuming this Piece refers to current events in yr Life Thomas. I had a marital disaster in my own Life, before you were active on Writers Cafe, and I found the process of sharing my pain with Friends on the Cafe very holistic and reassuring. Keep Writing whatever else you do ✨️✨️✨️✨️✨️

Hi Thomas
People are praising you and making you to keep on writing
. How much you write, you are over exploiting your mind to write more where mind needs rest.
I don't see with what purpose you are writing. There is no effect on any one. They just give you one read and few ignore what you are suffering with. Who is making you to get out of pool where you are suffering. When I say take care of your health you say i am fine. But you are not fine and nobody cares the right they just push through and come out, but what is that that is eating away your own health.

You are mid thirties but your health looks worse
At this age you feel sick how your kids are going to see you

I would say stop doing that is effecting have good medicine and sleep well. I know how it is when you keep on writing, you lose your cells over loading.
