Round & Round

You know what’s the real crazy part?
That you were always the one that was set apart
The one who was different
Who knew how to truly feel it
Feel the emotions, the truth, the real
Knowing always how to deal
How to deal with the truth, the doubts, the emotions all of it
But truly sit
Truly sit and let it soak in

Almost twelve years total in a round of round
And even writing this I frown
A circle of emotions and questions
A circle of fogginess and situations

The not knowing is always the hard part
But knowing is what also sets you apart
Will it be a gain or a loss?
More years down the train to toss?
Sitting back not really knowing the cause

Was it me?
No, I can’t start to do that & let it be
Did I ask for too much?
No, I can’t say that, because how such?
You know what you bring to the table
Knowing that it’s all possible and able
Knowing that person was always capable

But maybe your accepting you wasn’t always met in the middle…
