Protection

Made specifically for a contest, but I wanted to tell a very short, vague story that can relate to a relative commodity of the populous

Under the sky, I scream out loud

Shadowy nighttime, darkness in shrouds

Nightmares take me and my soul

In my soul, there is a huge hole

And all I want... All I want... Protection.
