ICU (Intensive Care Unit)

This is based on a nightmare I had one night a few years ago.

In her mind.

She's in the ICU.

Scared, alone, numb. 

She's crying.

She wants to leave.

Her only way?

Only if doctors tell her.

She 's in the ICU.

Looking at other patients.

She's fighting.

Yanking the cords off. 

She wakes up.

It was all a nightmare.......
