There's a time when I cannot decide whether to paint or write. Tonight my computer took over.

constant

            which is worse
the pain that wracks my body
                        so I can barely walk
                sometimes

                    psychosomatic they say
or
                 the emptiness of
     unrequited love

                       i should know better
but I never learn
   if time is money
             what is love

I don’t know which is worse
       waking up
                               or not

constant

    i contemplated suicide
             to end my pain
                                    once
the police came
          they took my rifle and my scope
the doctors said
                                I was cured

my angel lost its wings
        my demons
                                  ROTFL
my angel prayed
    my demons multiplied
              and
                         now their drunk
or worse
                                and prayed

       constant

the doctor said
         I woke up
                                  laughing
pain free
       the doctor
                            broken jaw
two angels
           one sweats
                angels with wings
