Save me.

Not from others, or the everyday threats of life; but from me.

Save me from the monsters.

You may not see them, but it just takes a hug.

That hug suffocates them, stops them from stealing my breath; giving me a chance to breathe.

Save me.

Not from cancer,

Just save me, from me.

Take away the pain, give me a chance to breathe.

Although it appears I’m not under attack,

I need a break.

Help me with the monsters, help me bring them down.

Help give me a chance to allow for me to breathe.

Just save me.
