Something I Didn't Want to Know

In the dark is where we sometimes belong

Knowledge

Something usually so blessed

Learning

Growth that’s never second guessed

 

But what if I didn’t want to know

I refuted learning it

Information that, to me, brought woe

“Don’t tell me, don’t tell me”

But on you went to enlighten

In the dark I should have been left
