Special Floors
A Poem by Treble
I've walked these special halls, I've walked these special floors. They might just be a wooden floor to you,A remnant of our sisterhood,Stretching long across the miles now.But they are the wind to my hair,Blowing ever so gently. They are the light to my night,Ever so dark as the world may be.They are the sand to my ocean,Keep the waves from flooding. They are you,They could be you,If you would only stay.

I do enjoy the personal connection between yourself and wooden floorboards. Lovely, and not many people grasp this concept too well. Walking the footsteps of the past is often the most woeful path one could take.

I like to think so, though I doubt I'm much help in criticism.
