How it feels when I'm with you.

diamonds paint the inky water

and pierce the tinseled sky

the illuminated, silky black

steals my breath tonight

 

surrounding us are peaceful tunes

that nature's song provides

we connect the dots that hang above

and melt into the tides

My wrists break from their shackles

When I look into your eyes

I sink into the cosmos;

As you sink into my mind

I want to taste your aura

And swim within your soul

I feel you in my bloodstream

And it makes my body whole

 

the silence spares all worry

as we soothe each other's being

we dig forever through the stars

for love that's ever-fleeting.
