ConflictA Poem by Alice
In dark, pulsing silence,
I feel my spirit wake, Tendrils navigating the ether, A keen taste for inconsistency, A pawn in the atmosphere. I won't hide when the truth comes out, Behind the walls of glamor, On the other side of fear I won't submit to the formula; Destructive in its' sense of peace. This wakefulness speaks Deep volumes within me, Existence without denial; Harmony within the cosmos, And just in time for the uproar. © 2012 Alice |
