The title says it all...

I’m walking but I’m floating

The world’s moving but I’m still

I falling asleep but awake for this thrill

The earth so enticing

I take it all in

Tonight there’s no troubles

Everything is a win

I want to stay up here

And never fall back

I feel all the sensations

That our real world lacks

So keep me here in my induced state

Of chaos and calm

As I hold the whole world

Right here in my palm

Spinning and stumbling I want nothing more

This moment is is

It’s what I’ve been waiting for

To forget all my cares and just fade away

While finding my light

Where I’ll always stay

Sounds like a rather pleasant escape--hardly a solution, however. Unless, of course, someone were to claim that "induced state" carries a far more constructive meaning than is normally attributed to it.
Your poem is heartfelt, somewhat hopeful and quite believable work, Jb, that, unfortunately, espouses what appears to be decidedly unhelpful philosophy.
