As you tumble into the unwavering darkness, lay down your heavy head and surrender to the alluring repose of makeshift dreams~
Love this poem. It's beautiful in its simplicity. Poignant. It carries a weary feel to it, as if the weight of the world is just so very heavy, and tumbling into bed with a heavy sigh takes the last of your inner energy. And yet, you leave us with a sense that even in slumber that weight is not lifted. It's haunting. I love it.
