Dreams

If I dream of you tonight, are you
indeed dreaming of me too?
An existential meeting -
in the deep dark night blue?
Do you waken with heavy thoughts?
Begging we were not so far apart?
Or is it only I with such imagination,
of a mystical sacred destination?
Wanting some kind of meaning
to all these vibrant narratives,
proclaiming my soul’s secret wishes,
While I am in night’s sweet slumber.
