The MothA Poem by TyThe MothEveryday would appear to me, As Eagles see, in panoramic bird's eye views Or nocturnal's fly on the wall The Moth Unsettling Misleading, misdirecting, and disconnected, Revealed Everything Apparently avoiding anything that didn't appeal As difficult as that would be. I discussed heartache And resolution with a young man in search of guidance, A guilt ridden conscious Alert, Yet further concerned we aren't doing enough Vague precision Butterfly outspoken Or a quiet Moth An Aura A distant light source The Amber ridden sun My son could prosper from callus ridden hands Countering Soft to fingertip Harmony melodic echoes Angel wisps Persistence and wings of turbine scale Put forth in motion Momentum And moments of imperative clarity Torn between righteous and sanity Evidently propellers paralleling patience and grace, Harboring souls that would peer from the Heavens And a Saffron and Chinese Orange Moth That preached Buddhism and peace And a breeze flaunting freedom Amongst tree's meditating leaves Buddhist nature I'd hope you'd ask for guidance in times of need and lost The moss on North's side of trees would only carry us thus far Lantern Or a moth cluttered light post Dim against Shade and dense Light through a phase in time Eclipse, Of mind state Or a pendulum polar day Amongst an equator that's half awake And sleep and city light in a cleverly patterned patchwork scheme Sown Filtered What would reach you in trickling morse code Cold and fractured Stalactite Speak on what matters Avoid blending Moth's camouflage Our tank armor. ![]() © 2017 TyFeatured Review
