Thoughts on "L"

I like to use "L" instead of saying love like people say "F" instead of f**k.

 

I see them holding hands
but their kiss is awkward
And I'm not the only one
who can tell 

 

He doesn't know what it is
and the L word makes her nauseous
I know them too well
to believe their lies

 

The only people
who talk about their
"relationship"
don't really have one.
If it was real,
they would just shut the f**k up
and fall in love.

HA! I chuckled AND identified with this one...who knows why love waits and why sometimes it doesnt. Why do we sometimes jump in too fast with the wrong person, then wait with the right? Love is too damn hard.
