Omniscient Clock

Omniscient Clock

A Poem by Laura Ex

There's a broken clock

On the wall, silently

Observing us all. Seemingly

Silent suffering. Inside she's

Screaming. Supressing her

Suffocating. The broken clock

Knows the lies. As does her

Mangled heart. Trampled by her

Soul. Is this self-inflicted? We

May never know.
