day 05 - tokyo

i wrote this when i was literally about to fall asleep in front of the computer.

you pull a yawn out of your pocket
and pop it like a sleeping pill.
slip into slumber like a nightgown,
hope the sandman's got you down
for nothing less than a nightmare.

also, i need help! i don't like this title for the poem. for the tie-in, i wanted to use the city that either has the most nightmares or gets the most sleep, but google only showed me the city that gets the worst sleep, which is tokyo! so if anyone knows, that would be so great. thanks!
