Oh my dear Impo

It's been so long

Since the last time

I saw you smile

Promises I made

I wasn't able to keep

Now you're in Heaven

And out of reach

 

I hope you are at peace

Watching over me

As I go through life

I still cherish our memories

May we meet again

Someday

I miss you so

I just want to let you know

 

 

Author's Note

This was a poem I wrote in memory of my grandma (my mom's mother) who passed on a couple of years ago. She was the only grand parent i got to meet during my lifetime.
