When someone is there for you whether happy or sad.

I know how sad you are sometimes,

As you hide your wounds from the world,

I have seen your scars,

And traced your torment with my fingertips.

 

I see your tears like molten anguish,

As they blaze a trail down your face,

You hide them like a hated shame,

You dare not let them see.

 

Smile for me just once ,

So I can say I made you laugh,

Even when you didn't want to,

Even when your heart was breaking you did it for me.

 

Through Time and space ,

I'll be your friend,

And accept everything that you are,

Because everything that you are is the very best.
