Turmoil in a hectic relationship

 

Cruel lies

Empty threats

Shattered hearts

Bitter endings

 

Rising then

Descending

Into the pits of hell,

Leaving me with nothing

 

Hysterical being

Burning desires

Twisted words

Enraging forces

 

Flames of

Passion

Dimly glowing,

Indulging my sanity

 

Moments so

Perfect

Crafted by the devil's hands, 

evil slowly setting in

 

Poisoned laughter

Crumbled memories

Falling,

Falling into depths unknown

 

Our story ending

Slashing,

Engraved into our

so-called minds

Your word play is freaking amazing! I get such a spine shilling emotion out of this poem that its not even funny. I loved it as you could probably tell, you are an amazing writer but you already knew that.

the first stanza says it all...what is the essence of love if it had ti end this way...seems true and perfect love ostensibly an iillusion ....wonderful
